Chanel Reward Operations Specialist

- Oversee the daily operations of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Serve as the primary contact for all compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
- Manage comprehensive benefits administration, including health insurance, fleet, service awards, and other employee benefits.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of benefits management.
- Integrate information from various sources, including HRIS (preferably Workday).
- Assist the Reward Manager during the annual salary review process, encompassing performance management, budgeting, and implementation of salary adjustments and bonuses.
- Support the preparation of annual salary surveys.
- Run reports on job evaluation and assist with grading requests.
- Provide analytical and reporting support for performance management, talent, and well-being.
- Collaborate with People Solutions and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support as required.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Lookups, nested IF Functions, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong understanding of benefit structures, administration, and regulatory requirements, including data protection.
- Proficiency in Workday is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Curiosity and openness to learning, with a focus on identifying solutions and new ways of working.
Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits administration within a corporate environment.
