- Lead the comprehensive management of retail operational talent at sales points, ensuring effective execution of recruitment, induction, performance tracking, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Human Resources, and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless and consistent employee experience aligned with organizational culture and strategic goals.
- Implement best practices in personnel management and ensure compliance with key administrative processes.
- Strengthen workplace climate through recognition initiatives and continuous support for operational staff.
- Monitor field talent performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions to drive individual and collective development.
- Manage recruitment for vacant positions and oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
- Ensure complete coverage by zone and point of sale, and develop KPIs to create talent acquisition improvement strategies.
- Handle personnel administration, including maintaining digital records, resolving inquiries, and managing absences in collaboration with zone supervisors.
- Oversee resignation processes and severance information, including conducting and safeguarding exit surveys.
- Administer leaves, permissions, vacations, and time payments, and calculate variable pay, bonuses, and brand incentives.
- Disseminate commercial goals, quotas, and timelines to personnel.
- Register and track personnel changes in the Workday HR platform, managing vacations and absences within the system.
- Monitor sales results and KPIs to generate improvement strategies and implement recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate the distribution of uniforms and seasonal campaign gifts, and support operational onboarding with physical deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with HR platforms, preferably Workday.
- Effective communication and internal customer service skills.
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, leadership, empathy, and initiative.
A minimum of 2 years in similar roles, preferably within retail, trade marketing, or mass consumption sectors, managing large teams.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
