5. Establish, monitor, and achieve sales objectives.
6. Analyze results and implement action plans for growth.

10. Manage scheduling, holidays, and staffing needs in partnership with HR.

13. Build strong partnerships with ECI perfumery and floor managers.
14. Conduct market intelligence and prepare monthly reports.
15. Submit visit reports and track store conditions and team performance.

1. Experience in retail management, preferably in luxury beauty, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Understanding of retail operations, stock management, and client service excellence.
6. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is highly valued.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
