1. Oversee and enhance the performance of multiple retail centers.
2. Maximize sales and elevate customer experience.
3. Ensure flawless brand image representation across all points of sale.
4. Guide teams to deliver exceptional client journeys and operational excellence.
5. Establish, monitor, and achieve sales objectives.
6. Analyze results and implement action plans for growth.
7. Guarantee exceptional service levels in alignment with brand standards.
8. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and internal policies.
9. Motivate and inspire teams through leadership and coaching.
10. Manage scheduling, holidays, and staffing needs in partnership with HR.
11. Facilitate effective communication across teams.
12. Calculate stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
13. Build strong partnerships with ECI perfumery and floor managers.
14. Conduct market intelligence and prepare monthly reports.
15. Submit visit reports and track store conditions and team performance.
16. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Chanel's values and excellence.

1. Experience in retail management, preferably in luxury beauty, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Understanding of retail operations, stock management, and client service excellence.
6. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is highly valued.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
