Chanel Retail Sales Manager

- Lead daily boutique operations within the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann concession, ensuring excellence in customer experience and adherence to Chanel standards.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive clienteling, VIP management and tailored sales strategies.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team; conduct regular performance reviews and training to reinforce product knowledge and service rituals.
- Implement visual merchandising and presentation directives to maintain brand image and optimise floor layout for conversion.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures in coordination with store and regional teams.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reporting, forecasts and operational KPIs to regional management.
- Coordinate in‑store events, launches and VIP appointments, liaising with Galeries Lafayette and Chanel corporate teams as required.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations and health & safety standards.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales management, preferably within fashion, leather goods or beauty.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a high‑volume, service‑driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, KPI management and business planning.
- Excellent clienteling skills, including experience with VIP relationship management and private appointments.
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
- High standards of personal presentation and service, with an impeccable understanding of luxury brand rituals.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role within luxury retail, ideally with exposure to department store concessions or high‑traffic flagship environments.
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, luxury brand management or equivalent preferred.
