Chanel Retail Sales Apprentice — Fragrance & Beauty (Staff Boutique)

1. Deliver attentive, personalised client service in the Parfums & Beauté boutique environment, upholding Chanel’s high standards of presentation and discretion.
2. Advise clients on fragrance and beauty products, conduct product demonstrations and support clienteling activities to build long-term relationships.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and perform cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Maintain boutique merchandising and visual standards, execute merchandise replenishment and contribute to seasonal displays.
5. Support stock management activities including stock counts, receiving deliveries and accurate inventory reporting.
6. Participate in promotional events, internal sales initiatives and team briefings; complete administrative tasks and sales reporting as required.
7. Work collaboratively with boutique colleagues to ensure seamless customer journeys and adherence to brand policies and loss-prevention procedures.

1. Eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract; currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary programme (BTS, Licence Professionnelle, Bachelor) in Sales, Commerce, Hospitality or Cosmetics.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in luxury beauty and fragrances.
3. Professional presentation, discretion, and a service-oriented attitude appropriate to a high-end luxury environment.
4. Basic numeracy and accuracy for transaction handling and stock reconciliation.
5. Availability to start in September 2026 and to work a retail schedule including weekends and occasional evenings.
