- Ensure smooth and efficient operational processes across all retail and commercial channels, including Department Stores and Wholesale.
- Manage stock, product allocations, and sample processes, maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor locally stored materials, track shipments and expenses, and propose actions to optimize stock movements.
- Manage the allocation and distribution of samples in collaboration with Marketing and Supervisors.
- Coordinate uniform orders, consolidate needs, align with budget, and track deliveries.
- Create Purchase Orders and manage supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee all shipments of materials for the Commercial Department.
- Oversee the management of company cars, including contracts and administrative follow-up.
- Support the organization of internal team events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
- Handle administrative processes required to onboard new suppliers.
- Coordinate with the PBL partner company on stock uploads and monitor stock evolution.
- Monitor and manage the ECI client-specific catalogue, including product assets and updates.
- Prepare and maintain logistics sheets for all new product launches.
- Prepare and update product allocation templates and track deliveries.
- Manage and consolidate expense sheets in collaboration with Finance.
- Maintain close communication with Supervisors and Retail teams, providing ongoing support and resolving operational issues.
- At least 2–3 years in an operational, administrative, or retail coordination role.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capacity to follow up independently on tasks and deliver consistent results.
- Ability to interpret data and ensure accuracy across all reporting and operational processes.
- Strong command of Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is advantageous.
A minimum of 2–3 years in an operational, administrative, or retail coordination role is required.
