1. Ensure smooth and efficient operational processes across all retail and commercial channels, including Department Stores and Wholesale.
2. Manage stock, product allocations, and sample processes, maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
3. Monitor locally stored materials, track shipments and expenses, and propose actions to optimize stock movements.
4. Manage the allocation and distribution of samples in collaboration with Marketing and Supervisors.
5. Coordinate uniform orders, consolidate needs, align with budget, and track deliveries.
6. Create Purchase Orders and manage supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
7. Coordinate and oversee all shipments of materials for the Commercial Department.
8. Oversee the management of company cars, including contracts and administrative follow-up.
9. Support the organization of internal team events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
10. Handle administrative processes required to onboard new suppliers.
11. Coordinate with the PBL partner company on stock uploads and monitor stock evolution.
12. Monitor and manage the ECI client-specific catalogue, including product assets and updates.
13. Prepare and maintain logistics sheets for all new product launches.
14. Prepare and update product allocation templates and track deliveries.
15. Manage and consolidate expense sheets in collaboration with Finance.
16. Maintain close communication with Supervisors and Retail teams, providing ongoing support and resolving operational issues.

1. At least 2–3 years in an operational, administrative, or retail coordination role.

1. Excellent planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
2. Capacity to follow up independently on tasks and deliver consistent results.
3. Ability to interpret data and ensure accuracy across all reporting and operational processes.
4. Strong command of Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
5. Clear and professional communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners.
6. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 2–3 years in an operational, administrative, or retail coordination role is required.
