1. Lead strategic projects related to back-office operations, including stock management and boutique replenishment.
2. Ensure interoperability of Retail and Supply Chain information systems such as SAP and AX.
3. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs to develop functional specifications.
4. Monitor developments, testing, and user acceptance to ensure adaptation of business processes.
5. Lead change management initiatives and facilitate adoption through communication and training.
6. Deploy solutions while providing support to teams.
7. Identify risks, make recommendations, and prepare progress reviews.
8. Serve as the business reference for Retail users, gathering feedback and coordinating enhancements.
9. Propose optimizations to improve the efficiency of processes and tools.

1. Master’s degree in management, procurement, or supply chain.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Analytical and results-driven mindset.
3. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.
4. Cross-functional leadership abilities.
5. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

5 to 7 years of confirmed experience in Retail or Supply Chain project management, with a strong understanding of back-office processes and IT flows.

Master’s degree in management, procurement, or supply chain.
