1. Contribute to various projects aimed at achieving operational excellence in boutiques, including the development of new tools, applications, and processes.
2. Actively participate in gathering field requirements, defining project specifications and priorities, and monitoring project deliverables and pilot initiatives.
3. Facilitate the Retail Operations Parfums & Beauté community by organizing information sharing, best practice dissemination, and coordinating meetings and workshops.
4. Support daily retail operations across European markets by collecting retail team needs, prioritizing tasks, and updating information, procedures, and tools.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5)
2. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
3. Experience in operations, supply chain, or project management

4. Knowledge of retail and boutique environments is advantageous
