1. Process products designated for repairs.
2. Communicate with post-sale clients via email.
3. Coordinate with the global quality team.
4. Develop training programs for boutiques.
5. Monitor departmental KPIs.
6. Prepare monthly departmental reports.
7. Translate content for internal platforms.
8. Manage payment flows within the system.
9. Oversee product inventory during repair cycles.
10. Collaborate with the Maison's Artisan in Brazil.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
2. Minimum enrollment in the second semester, preferably in evening classes.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Advanced English language skills.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework and projects are beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
