1. Assist in coordinating project timelines and ensure alignment during boutique openings and refurbishments.
2. Manage administrative processes for refurbishments, new openings, and day-to-day operations.
3. Collaborate on regular PLV forecasts, ensuring market vision alignment and order tracking.
4. Develop and execute gifting and sampling strategies for the retail network.
5. Support the novelty distribution process and stock optimization for each point of sale.
6. Organize and conduct annual inventories in boutiques.
7. Provide ongoing support to Visual Merchandising Ambassadors to maintain brand image.
8. Assist in fashion pieces tracking for future orders.
9. Establish a structured process framework for partner markets in forecasting and operational activities.
10. Foster communication between the Retail Office and field teams, including IT, Learning, Commercial, and Marketing departments.
11. Contribute to regular qualitative and quantitative reporting to the Retail Operations Project Manager.
12. Assist in the organization of uniforms ordering and other administrative tasks.
13. Participate in meetings with the Retail Project Manager and contribute ideas for retail operations improvement.

1. Experience in luxury retail operations, preferably with point-of-sale activities.

1. Positive and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Detail-oriented and structured approach to processes.
6. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
7. Enthusiasm for luxury retail and maintaining brand excellence.

Experience in luxury retail operations, preferably with experience in different point-of-sale activities.
