1. Support markets in preparing boutique openings, transfers, or renovations in collaboration with relevant Europe teams.
2. Coordinate operational preparations at the Europe level, including timeline development, task tracking, and system configuration.
3. Provide support to boutiques during initial weeks post-opening to ensure smooth launch.
4. Contribute to the deployment of new POS systems and other retail digital tools.
5. Participate in user testing phases, process documentation, and user guide creation.
6. Serve as a key point of contact for markets on daily operational matters.
7. Track and resolve incidents in collaboration with central teams.
8. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of procedures and updating of operational documentation.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project support, ideally in a luxury or premium environment.

3. Analytical, structured, and results-oriented.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project support, ideally within a luxury or premium environment.
