1. Conduct quantitative analyses on the performance of various countries, boutiques, clients, and collections within the designated zone to support strategic decision-making.
2. Assist merchandising teams and boutique directors during collection buying sessions.
3. Optimize resources, particularly stock levels, to achieve commercial objectives.
4. Enhance back-office employee experience and in-store customer experience.
5. Drive digital and operational transformation across a network of 15 boutiques.
6. Prepare impactful presentations for major regional meetings.
7. Provide operational support to boutiques, acting as a key point of contact.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Proficiency in French and English communication.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
4. Interest in digital tools and technology.

Experience in a multicultural and dynamic environment is preferred, with exposure to simultaneous project management.
