1. Coordinate and execute boutique openings and renovations across the Middle-East region.
2. Collaborate with Architecture, IT, Finance, Operations, PR & Media, Marketing, HR, VM, and Training teams for smooth project execution.
3. Manage budgets related to projects, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial oversight.
4. Oversee the production and installation of in-store animations, ensuring compliance with mall regulations.
5. Establish and monitor KPIs for in-store activations and product launches.
6. Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, PR, and Training teams to enhance client experiences during events.
7. Prepare and present post-animation reports to communicate results internally.
8. Maintain and elevate boutique standards through regular monitoring and feedback collection.
9. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and propose improvements.

1. Master’s degree in business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role or in Operational Marketing.

1. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. Proactive and adaptable with a 'can-do' attitude.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is advantageous.
