1. Lead service measurement programs, including mystery shopping and customer feedback initiatives, to evaluate and enhance in-store experiences.
2. Coordinate between external call service providers and boutiques to resolve specific customer inquiries and generate monthly activity reports.
3. Participate in the implementation of new services and monitor existing local initiatives to enhance the customer journey, including in-store reception, after-sales service, and alterations for ready-to-wear collections.
4. Prepare presentations for senior management and the marketing community to highlight key initiatives and outcomes.

1. Proficiency in both English and French.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Experience or interest in retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Experience in customer experience or retail environments is preferred, with an understanding of luxury brand standards.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
