- Oversee the management of the internal retail store located at 52 Champs Elysées, ensuring alignment with the store at 135 avenue Charles de Gaulle, Neuilly.
- Facilitate commercial activities including customer reception, sales consultation, and participation in transactions.
- Enhance the commercial space in accordance with company merchandising concepts and directives.
- Organize and implement commercial operations such as promotional offers and develop necessary action plans.
- Monitor beauty services offered to employees.
- Conduct daily operations including opening and closing procedures, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Organize and prepare inventories, manage stock control, and handle restocking processes.
- Supervise a team comprising a beautician and a professional contract employee.
- Conduct individual performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development actions.
- Ensure high-quality internal communication and seamless interaction between the two employee stores.
- Manage administrative tasks including orders, invoicing, and cash handling.
- Oversee scheduling and financial transactions, including cash flow monitoring and bank deposits.
- Analyze commercial results and indicators, such as customer visits and sales growth, and prepare reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful retail management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Chanel products across perfumes, makeup, and skincare.
- Experience in beauty services such as makeup application and nail care is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in STAR (CEGID) software for both back office and front office operations.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a focus on luxury beauty products.
Degree in Sales or Aesthetics.
