Chanel Retail Manager

1. Oversee retail boutiques and concessions in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich to maximize sell-out performance.
2. Implement the European 360° retail strategy in alignment with brand objectives and corporate standards.
3. Define clear and attainable goals for each point of sale and ensure their achievement.
4. Introduce new processes and optimize existing ones to ensure an exceptional customer experience in boutiques.
5. Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to enhance performance and engagement.
6. Optimize inventory management processes.
7. Collaborate closely with CRM, Client Experience, Product Marketing, Learning, PR, HR, and the Head Office in Paris.
8. Manage strategic and operational P&L responsibilities, including continuous budget oversight.
9. Report directly to the Fragrance & Beauty Director for Germany.

1. Completed degree or vocational training.
2. Extensive experience in retail operations and team leadership.
3. Strong understanding of point-of-sale processes, including P&L, KPI analysis, and inventory management.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
3. Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.

Significant experience in retail operations and team management is required.

Completed degree or vocational training is required.
