- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to implement and monitor retail strategies for Perfumes and Beauty boutiques in Travel Retail and Local Markets across Europe.
- Assist in budget construction and monitor expenditures against defined budgets.
- Lead budget reviews for PLV tools based on forecasts and actual consumption.
- Contribute to market studies and strategy definition for identifying retail projects.
- Aid in preparing CEO reviews for retail project approvals.
- Participate in drafting boutique briefs for Store Planning.
- Engage in project groups for new store openings, developing a comprehensive 360 plan.
- Monitor and analyze retail boutique performance, including new products and network animations.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for various departments.
- Support the deployment and onboarding of the CHANEL Clienteling tool.
- Analyze results and recommend action plans for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and partner clients to ensure operational excellence in retail outlets.
- Consolidate forecasts and orders for new products and PLV tools.
- Coordinate marketing and learning services for 360° activation of retail animations.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests to ensure effective boutique management.
- Manage and analyze Eyewear orders and stock, recommending actions for boutiques.
- Formalize and implement processes for retail network management.
- Support the Retail Manager in preparing presentations and analyses, and participate in cross-departmental meetings.
- Contribute to the establishment and animation of a Retail community, organizing Retail Days.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Previous experience as a retail management assistant or in operational marketing within cosmetics or large distribution sectors.
- Dynamic and rigorous with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent numerical and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with agility and responsiveness.
Previous significant experience in retail management assistance or operational marketing in the cosmetics or large distribution sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
