- Customize, deliver, and follow up on learning paths for retail teams.
- Observe client-staff interactions to identify learning and development gaps.
- Recommend and implement action plans and coaching strategies for boutique staff.
- Conduct in-boutique learning sessions on products, services, and strategies.
- Provide real-time feedback to Fashion Advisors and Jewelry Advisors based on observations.
- Engage in regular coaching conversations to support staff development and performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Retail Managers, and Head of Boutique to strategize people development plans.
- Participate in performance reviews and promotion discussions.
- Offer customized onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Partner with stakeholders to curate training content and delivery methods.
- Track learning and coaching effectiveness using defined KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of retail or retail management experience with a client-centric mindset
- Experience in the luxury goods industry and coaching/training is a plus
- Strong passion for people development and client service excellence
- Ability to create personalized learning paths for employees
- Open-mindedness and adaptability
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Energetic with strong interpersonal skills
