1. Customize, deliver, and follow up on learning paths for retail teams.
2. Observe client-staff interactions to identify learning and development gaps.
3. Recommend and implement action plans and coaching strategies for boutique staff.
4. Conduct in-boutique learning sessions on products, services, and strategies.
5. Provide real-time feedback to Fashion Advisors and Jewelry Advisors based on observations.
6. Engage in regular coaching conversations to support staff development and performance.
7. Collaborate with HR, Retail Managers, and Head of Boutique to strategize people development plans.
8. Participate in performance reviews and promotion discussions.
9. Offer customized onboarding experiences for new hires.
10. Partner with stakeholders to curate training content and delivery methods.
11. Track learning and coaching effectiveness using defined KPIs.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. At least three years of retail or retail management experience with a client-centric mindset
3. Experience in the luxury goods industry and coaching/training is a plus
