1. Act as a strategic business partner to managers, providing expertise and daily support in team and organizational development.
2. Implement and manage HR processes including performance reviews, development interviews, and talent reviews.
3. Serve as a communication liaison to promote a positive social climate among teams, staff representatives, and managers.
4. Define resource needs and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and effective onboarding.
5. Support employees in skill development and mobility projects in collaboration with other HR departments.
6. Ensure contract lifecycle management and handle disciplinary cases within the scope.
7. Promote a safe and conducive work environment by implementing the group's social policy.
8. Coordinate HR activities for the Watch and Jewelry division and contribute to cross-functional HR projects in the French market.
9. Manage and develop a Human Resources Officer.

1. Advanced degree in a generalist field with specialization in labor law or Human Resources (e.g., Celsa, Ciffop, Master HR, Science Po).
2. 8 to 10 years of confirmed experience in generalist HR roles.

1. Strong knowledge of current legislation and project management skills.
2. Proficiency with HR information systems.
3. Curious, agile, and pragmatic personality with a passion for retail.
4. Ability to advise and challenge managers while building quality partnerships.
5. Team spirit, situational intelligence, and service orientation.
6. Fluent in French and English.

8 to 10 years of confirmed experience in generalist HR roles.
