1. Define a Retail Excellence strategic roadmap in collaboration with Regions and Markets to enhance client experience and retail network efficiency.
2. Coordinate the Collection launch date process, aligning the Fashion calendar with local needs.
3. Contribute to the prioritization of deliveries based on boutique openings and event plans.
4. Support local retail needs to ensure business continuity and client experience in Image boutique projects.
5. Lead the development of a comprehensive 360° Client & Retail plan to support WFJ and FB Divisions.
6. Collaborate with Divisions’ experts to foster Retail operational efficiency and elevate client experience.
7. Build a global Fashion vision on Retail operations projects, supporting the simplification roadmap.
8. Define key principles for Fashion business and promote Retail needs in Tech projects.
9. Support the implementation of retail projects in boutiques and structure feedback with markets.
10. Organize practices sharing between markets to create synergies on a global scale.

1. 12 – 15 years’ experience in Retail at regional or market level within the Luxury industry.
2. Deep knowledge of Retail operating models with experience at both boutique and head office levels.
3. Prior experience in consulting with a proven ability to structure recommendations and deliver presentations to top management.
4. Proven management experience.

1. Ability to work in a complex environment with a wide range of experts.
2. Enthusiasm, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
3. Fluency in English and French.

12 – 15 years of experience in Retail at a regional or market level within the Luxury industry, including international exposure.
