1. Support the coordination of the Retail Excellence team and contribute to the development of retail excellence projects.
2. Actively participate in ongoing projects, assisting project managers in strategic planning, operational implementation, and coordination to ensure progress and adaptation to evolving challenges.
3. Assist in the daily operational tasks of the retail excellence team, including budget tracking, order processing, contract drafting, and invoicing.
4. Develop informational materials and manage internal communications.
5. Coordinate organizational committees and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
6. Assist the Director with expense reporting and travel arrangements.

1. Currently pursuing a degree from a business school with a focus on project management.
2. Previous significant experience in project management is required.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
4. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Familiarity with merchandising vocabulary and software such as IWD and Illustrator is advantageous.

A significant previous experience in project management is required.

Currently pursuing a degree from a business school.
