Chanel Retail Excellence Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the coordination and development of retail excellence projects, ensuring alignment with long-term distribution and customer experience strategies.
2. Support project managers in strategic planning, operational implementation, and coordination phases to ensure project progression and adaptability.
3. Provide operational support to the Retail Excellence team, including budget tracking, order management, contract drafting, and invoicing.
4. Design and communicate internal information materials, and coordinate organizational meetings and marketing plans.
5. Assist the Director in managing expense reports and organizing travel arrangements.

1. Pursuing a degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
2. Previous significant experience in project management.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
4. Familiarity with merchandising vocabulary and software such as IWD and Illustrator is advantageous.

A minimum of one significant project management experience is required.

Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent higher education program.
