1. Assist the Retail Digital Project Manager in overseeing projects related to operational efficiency and customer experience.
2. Participate in the launch of a new digital tool across European boutiques, including deployment planning, test sessions, user guides, training support, and conducting training sessions.
3. Independently manage a digital project aimed at facilitating boutique operations in Europe.
4. Draft user guides and training materials, and propose innovative and impactful communication tools.
5. Communicate updates, train, and support Key Users on newly developed features.
6. Gather feedback from stakeholders and assist in defining their target operational needs, consolidating a Europe-wide proposal that meets market-specific requirements.
7. Monitor existing digital tools, contributing to their enhancement, improvement, and adoption.
8. Measure deployment impact through rigorous analytical tracking.
9. Manage digital content on the Operations & Innovations team SharePoint, updating information for key market contacts.
10. Oversee the content broadcasting tool for boutiques, including its roadmap and updating distribution lists.

1. Currently pursuing higher education with ideally some experience in project management.
2. Fluent in both English and French.

2. Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Proficiency in Office Suite and SharePoint.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Interest in digital tools and applications.

Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in project management.

Currently pursuing higher education.
