1. Support the Retail Development Project Manager in monitoring sales performance across French fashion boutiques through daily, weekly, and monthly analyses.
2. Develop, track, and communicate weekly incentive results to sales teams.
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses based on current business needs and challenges.
4. Assist the Retail Animation Project Manager in organizing monthly committees for sales managers, including preparation, presentation, and reporting.
5. Create monthly qualitative reports on key network information.
6. Provide support to boutiques for various requests such as duplicates and cross-commissions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
2. Previous internship experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Merchandiser, Retail Coordinator, or Operations Assistant.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in French (native or bilingual level).
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous internship experience in business analysis, retail coordination, or related fields is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
