- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Boutique and boutique team operations.
- Manage and update organizational charts, schedules, and assist with operational tasks.
- Support administrative procedures for employee leave, sick leave, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee T&E management and monthly financial reconciliations for boutique operations.
- Facilitate communication through boutique email and share key office announcements with the team.
- Assist with the distribution of seasonal uniforms for existing and new staff members.
- Maintain and manage inventory of boutique supplies and essentials.
- Coordinate with the Customer Care Center for efficient internal communication and collaboration.
- Compile and prepare meeting materials for the Head of Boutique.
- Organize and summarize daily operational issues for morning briefings.
- Collect and analyze monthly competitor data and boutique traffic data.
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on issue resolutions.
- Proven experience in administrative support within a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
