- Ensure regulatory and normative compliance of all products on an international scale.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Legal Manager to support various divisions including Cosmetics, Fashion, and Watches/Jewelry.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing, regulatory, and product development teams.
- Anticipate international regulatory changes to maintain product compliance across markets.
- Educate and guide teams by translating legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable insights.
- Advise divisions from product development to marketing and communication validation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Draft guides and practical sheets to facilitate understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main contact during administrative authority inspections and manage potential product disputes or customer litigations.
- Analyze compliance-related claims and propose corrective action plans.
- Oversee consumer protection topics and integrate regulatory requirements into contracts to secure operations legally.
- Master's degree in Law (Business Law, Consumer Law, Product Compliance specialization, or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of international regulations (EU, US, Asia, Middle East) related to consumer products; knowledge of the cosmetics sector is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English (bilingual proficiency).
- Attention to detail and team spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills and practical sense for effective communication on complex topics to non-legal teams.
- Ability to explain and make regulations accessible to unite internal stakeholders around product compliance.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.
Master's degree in Law (Business Law, Consumer Law, Product Compliance specialization, or equivalent).
