- Conduct analyses and manage technical dossiers, requiring internal and external communication, participation in meetings, working groups, and projects, as well as report and summary writing.
- Address anomalies, report to management in real-time, and propose corrective actions.
- Oversee preventive equipment management and ensure maintenance and metrology.
- Train new employees on methods and equipment.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and contribute to the implementation of quality standards in the domain.
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including dispute management, control reduction, and the implementation of new control methods.
- Participate in audits, including HQSEL, GLP, internal, and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biochemistry or Chemistry.
- Proficiency in quality control practices, including raw materials, analytical, and microbiology.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Critical thinking and synthesis abilities.
- Team spirit and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to daily safety practices.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biochemistry or Chemistry.
