1. Review the acceptability of new products and ingredients for all cosmetics under Korean regulation.
2. Manage all cosmetic registration documents for customs clearance, including Formula, Certificate of Free Sale, and BSE Free Statement.
3. Report all ingredients listings to the Korea Pharmaceutical Traders Association (KPTA), supporting the cosmetic Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process.
4. Prepare local labels for all cosmetic and Fashion WFJ products to meet local labeling requirements.
5. Manage quality compliance for cosmetic and Fashion WFJ products, including test records review and handling product market release after local quality tests.
6. Handle regulatory and quality-related inquiries from the customer care center, marketing, and global quality team.
7. Check defective cosmetic products and generate monthly reports to identify defect trends.
8. Support miscellaneous regulatory and quality activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
2. Strong understanding of Korean cosmetic regulations.
3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

0 to 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality affairs within the cosmetic industry.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, or related field.
