- Coordinate and oversee regulatory activities related to the registration of cosmetic products in the Chinese market and the evolution of the Beauty product portfolio.
- Evaluate the impact of new regulations on the product portfolio and define necessary compliance action plans.
- Lead regulatory activities for associated projects across the Beauty product portfolio and serve as the primary contact for the product evolution team.
- Develop and manage registration schedules for new products and product evolutions in China, focusing on the Makeup division.
- Ensure technical and regulatory follow-up of the product portfolio, addressing requests from internal partners and local regulatory representatives.
- Generate regulatory export dossiers for China in compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.
- Propose optimization solutions for the China registration process and product evolutions.
- Monitor and manage KPIs for processes under responsibility.
- Act as the key user for China registration for the Makeup division and support internal team training on Chinese market processes and requirements.
- Contribute to regulatory team initiatives and cross-functional projects (monitoring, training, communication).
- Advanced scientific education in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or cosmetology.
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry with expertise in cosmetic and chemical regulations, particularly in Europe, China (CSAR), and internationally.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Data expertise and proficiency in IT tools (BI, Excel, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, and teamwork orientation.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Minimum of 5 years in regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry, with a focus on European, Chinese (CSAR), and international regulations.
Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or cosmetology.
