1. Develop and implement a localized orchestration of the Wholesale France strategy.
2. Address specific regional challenges, considering customer profiles, distribution landscape, and economic environment to propose growth plans for the brand.
3. Achieve performance indicators related to market share, brand image quality at points of sale, and customer engagement within the network.
4. Establish and maintain partnerships with regional decision-makers in distribution and independent distributor clients.
5. Manage a team of Client Engagement Managers and Beauty Advisors: support, coach, train, and promote a collaborative spirit to unify and engage teams in their missions.
6. Lead team meetings and key events in the region, and participate in Chanel Parfums-Beauté events.
7. Contribute to the governance and dynamics of the Wholesale France team and the Zone Managers' Committee.

1. Advanced degree in business school or university.
2. Sales professional with specific knowledge of field operations and wholesale challenges.
3. Proficiency in commercial relations with distribution and negotiation.
