1. Strategically and operationally manage the distribution to Asia and Japan regions.
2. Oversee the order process and optimize allocations with regions to enhance service levels.
3. Ensure comprehensive management of distribution flows from the Distribution Center.
4. Serve as the primary contact for regional markets, establishing strategic relationships.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
6. Coordinate strategic information for product launches and manage shortages for Asia and Japan.
7. Direct monthly meetings providing in-depth analyses and contributing to regional S&OP discussions.
8. Develop strategic relationships with Asian and Japanese markets, optimizing order flows.
9. Supervise deployment plans and supply strategy, updating tools based on market feedback.
10. Support regulatory and product evolution inquiries, playing a key role in strategic development.
11. Propose and implement action plans for performance improvement, facilitating team adaptation to strategic changes.

Previous experience in supply chain management is required, with a focus on strategic and operational oversight.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
