- Oversee the My360 program's roadmap and project plans, ensuring coordinated delivery across UK and Canada divisions.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors involved in My360 projects.
- Collaborate with business teams to design and build applications, addressing impacts on global or regional systems.
- Define, manage, and communicate project plans, including risk and issue logging, timeline updates, and budget tracking.
- Organize and lead regular project committees, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure comprehensive and accurate execution.
- Consolidate regional project plans and report on the overall program, ensuring delivery consistency.
- Liaise with UK&O divisions and global teams to incorporate dependencies with global projects into the program plan.
- Oversee My360 project delivery in Canada, optimizing resource utilization and budget across the region.
- Extensive experience in clienteling or equivalent projects as a business analyst or project manager.
- Proficiency in IT across the omnichannel ecosystem, including eCommerce, POS, mobile applications, and CRM.
- Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external development partners.
- Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and testing coordination.
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, reporting, and communication.
- Ability to work on large, multi-team projects with complex dependencies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Rigorous adherence to and evolution of product roadmap management guidelines.
Significant experience in managing clienteling or similar projects, with a strong background in IT and project management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
