1. Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) Supply processes within the HERO Program.
2. Act as the guarantor of end-to-end supply process performance, integrating Chanel’s strategic ambitions and market best practices.
3. Pilot a transversal team of functional experts across various business teams, supported by external consultants.
4. Ensure alignment across Finance, Sales O2C, R2R, IT, Procurement, and Supply stakeholders at division, global, and local levels.
5. Anticipate and escalate risks to the Regional Process Owner, securing alignment with the domain’s strategic roadmap.
6. Promote and safeguard local business specificities within global governance.

1. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation leadership within complex international environments.
2. Proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Strong expertise in O2C and end-to-end supply processes.
4. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence constructively.
5. Experience in transversal leadership, governance, and managing external consultants across deployment.
