Chanel Regional Process Lead - Sales

1. Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) Sales and commercial processes within the HERO Program.
2. Act as the guarantor of end-to-end sales process performance, aligning with Chanel's strategic ambitions and market best practices.
3. Pilot a transversal team of functional experts and external consultants across various business teams.
4. Ensure alignment across Finance, Sales O2C, R2R, IT, Procurement, Wholesale, and Marketing domains at division, global, and local levels.
5. Anticipate and escalate risks to the Regional Process Owner, securing alignment with the strategic roadmap.
6. Promote and safeguard local business specificities within global governance.

1. 10+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or transformation leadership within complex international environments.
2. Proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Strong expertise in O2C and end-to-end sales processes, including replenishment, campaigns, quotas, assortments, and wholesale flows.

1. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills with the capacity to influence constructively.
2. Experience in transversal leadership, governance, and managing external consultants.
3. Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

10+ years in sales, commercial operations, or transformation leadership within complex international environments, including wholesale and boutique distribution.
