1. Drive the deployment of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Sales Core Model across European markets, ensuring alignment with global HERO standards.
2. Coordinate with local business stakeholders to anticipate impacts and secure readiness for a smooth transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and connected tools.
3. Support the Regional Process Lead in maintaining consistent application of the Core Model across markets.
4. Contribute to process documentation, design, and testing, supporting continuous improvement of O2C Sales processes.
5. Monitor process performance and gather market feedback to drive improvements and support harmonization across regions.
6. Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Supply, Marketing, Procurement, and external partners to ensure coherent end-to-end process integration.
7. Coordinate parallel, cross-functional projects supporting the main initiative.

1. 5 - 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, O2C, or business/ERP deployment roles.
2. Experience in ERP project rollout, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally with exposure to multi-market deployments.

1. Strong understanding of O2C/Sales – Supply processes including replenishment, campaigns, assortments, and wholesale.
2. Excellent stakeholder management skills at both local market and regional levels.
3. Ability to structure complex topics and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced transformation environment.
4. Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.

5 - 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, O2C, or business/ERP deployment roles, with a focus on ERP project rollout, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
