1. Define and implement the regional integration strategy to simplify architecture and IT landscape.
2. Lead the transition from legacy to target integration solutions, ensuring consistency across regions and corporate functions.
3. Steer regional integration governance and evolve principles to align with regional objectives.
4. Provide expertise and act as the entry point for integration topics on regional and global projects.
5. Enhance technical knowledge of regional teams to elevate integration maturity and capabilities.

1. 10–15 years’ experience in integration or related IT domains.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Deep expertise in integration architecture and concepts such as events, streams, publish/subscribe, APIs, routing, and transformation.
2. Experience with distributed architectures and cloud platforms, ideally Azure, and integration solutions like Azure and Confluent.
3. Mastery of CI/CD, GIT/Github, and modern delivery methodologies.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

10–15 years’ experience in integration or related IT domains.
