1. Develop operational and financial real estate reports and monitor valuations.
2. Enhance tools for tracking, controlling, and forecasting rental and leasing expenses for Chanel's French entities.
3. Centralize real estate documents and data, ensuring integration into the management system.
4. Participate in ongoing negotiations and assist in establishing processes to coordinate various real estate projects.
5. Support project management in overseeing real estate projects and ESG concerns.
6. Conduct real estate market research, including trends, major transactions, and legal updates, and present findings.

1. Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business or related field, preferably with a specialization in real estate.

1. Proactive and meticulous with a keen interest in diverse subjects.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferably some experience in real estate.

Master's degree in Business or related field.
