- Generate comprehensive sales and inventory reports using BI tools and Fashion BRIO systems.
- Compile sales summaries and develop reports for internal meetings, including alignment and strategy sessions with regional heads.
- Assist in global and regional reporting tasks, including product analysis, pricing surveys, and missed sales identification.
- Monitor inventory levels to identify and execute boutique and regional transfers, aiming to maximize sell-through.
- Develop and implement monthly merchandising allocation plans based on sales targets and forecasts.
- Identify order diversion opportunities and transfer needs to meet inventory objectives and regional demands.
- Coordinate product transfers for boutique events and special promotions.
- Track and ensure timely execution of product launches, including quality testing and readiness.
- Monitor delivery schedules, follow up with logistics, and communicate with customs and Travel Retail operators to ensure on-time product shipments to boutiques.
- Support alignment meetings and strategic planning initiatives across departments.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments such as import, logistics, and operations to streamline processes and resolve delays.
- Maintain and update key merchandising documents, such as sell-through books and allocation trackers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Experience with BI systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 5 years in fashion buying and retail-related areas, with experience in the luxury fashion industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
