1. Generate comprehensive sales and inventory reports using BI tools and Fashion BRIO systems.
2. Compile sales summaries and develop reports for internal meetings, including alignment and strategy sessions with regional heads.
3. Assist in global and regional reporting tasks, including product analysis, pricing surveys, and missed sales identification.
4. Monitor inventory levels to identify and execute boutique and regional transfers, aiming to maximize sell-through.
5. Develop and implement monthly merchandising allocation plans based on sales targets and forecasts.
6. Identify order diversion opportunities and transfer needs to meet inventory objectives and regional demands.
7. Coordinate product transfers for boutique events and special promotions.
8. Track and ensure timely execution of product launches, including quality testing and readiness.
9. Monitor delivery schedules, follow up with logistics, and communicate with customs and Travel Retail operators to ensure on-time product shipments to boutiques.
10. Support alignment meetings and strategic planning initiatives across departments.
11. Maintain regular communication with internal departments such as import, logistics, and operations to streamline processes and resolve delays.
12. Maintain and update key merchandising documents, such as sell-through books and allocation trackers.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
2. Experience with BI systems is a plus.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 5 years in fashion buying and retail-related areas, with experience in the luxury fashion industry preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
