1. Support the preparation of KPIs to monitor quality levels at the shipping center and in markets (after-sales).
2. Participate in calls with various importing countries to gather boutique feedback on customer returns.
3. Assist in managing quality alerts and production issues.
4. Draft quality tolerance documents with the team.
5. Research historical models to aid in the authentication of footwear in markets.
6. Support the update of quality control tables for inspectors with each collection.
7. Archive defective pairs returned from markets.
8. Manage the flow of shipments to and from Italy and abroad.

1. Good command of the English language, with French as a plus.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
