1. Assist in the preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality levels at the shipping center and in various markets (after-sales).
2. Participate in calls with importing countries to gather feedback from boutiques regarding customer returns.
3. Support in managing quality alerts and production issues.
4. Draft quality tolerance documents with the team.
5. Research historical models to aid in the authentication of footwear in markets.
6. Assist in updating quality control tables for inspectors with each new collection.
7. Archive defective pairs returned from markets.
8. Manage the flow of shipments to and from Italy and abroad.

1. Proficient in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
