1. Plan, manage, and coordinate technical improvement initiatives within the Leather Goods Quality department.
2. Support quality system project managers in continuous improvement projects, from identifying areas for progress to implementing corrective and preventive action plans.
3. Organize progress meetings, formalize project tracking, and prepare weekly reports for management.
4. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
5. Draft project documentation, including project plans and procedures.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate new technologies seamlessly.
7. Coordinate efforts among stakeholders to address technical issues and obstacles.
8. Organize tests with various laboratories and analyze results.

1. Fluency in French and English, with Italian as a plus.

3. Autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience in project coordination or management within a quality or technical environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
