1. Coordinate quality improvement projects within the leather goods department.
2. Manage quality alerts from markets.
3. Support project managers in continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Formalize project progress and create reports for management.
5. Collaborate with various project stakeholders.
6. Analyze and disseminate quality performance indicators.
7. Organize quality analysis workshops for returned products with after-sales teams.

1. Fluency in French and English, with Italian as a plus.

2. Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills.
3. Autonomy and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience in quality management or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
