2. Manage quality alerts from markets.
3. Support project managers in continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Formalize project progress and reporting for management.
5. Collaborate with various project stakeholders.
6. Analyze and disseminate quality performance indicators.
7. Establish quality analysis workshops for returned products with after-sales teams.

1. Fluency in French and English, with Italian as a plus.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
2. Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills.
3. Autonomous with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience in quality improvement or project coordination within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
