Chanel Quality Control Specialist

- Conduct quality control checks on components and finished products in accordance with established quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Record results using SAP and update daily activity dashboards.
- Identify, quantify, and classify defects using available quality elements.
- Report discrepancies to the Technician responsible for components/finished products and formalize simple discrepancies with suppliers through disputes.
- Independently follow up with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain certificates of conformity or quality documents.
- Assist technicians in managing continuous improvements with suppliers.
- Utilize various measuring devices according to operational procedures and methods.
- Participate in the improvement of measurement methods and the adjustment of control devices.
- Conduct specific tests, synthesize findings in reports, and communicate results to technicians.
- Serve as the primary contact for new product quality control.
- Participate in the development and updating of control kits.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Provide training on component and finished product control through mentorship.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment areas following 5S methodology.
- Experience in quality control or packaging within the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in quality control or packaging in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sectors is required.
