Chanel Quality Control Specialist

1. Conduct quality control checks on components and finished products in accordance with established quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
2. Record results using SAP and update daily activity dashboards.
3. Identify, quantify, and classify defects using available quality elements.
4. Report discrepancies to the Technician responsible for components/finished products and formalize simple discrepancies with suppliers through disputes.
5. Independently follow up with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain certificates of conformity or quality documents.
6. Assist technicians in managing continuous improvements with suppliers.
7. Utilize various measuring devices according to operational procedures and methods.
8. Participate in the improvement of measurement methods and the adjustment of control devices.
9. Conduct specific tests, synthesize findings in reports, and communicate results to technicians.
10. Serve as the primary contact for new product quality control.
11. Participate in the development and updating of control kits.
12. Conduct internal audits.
13. Provide training on component and finished product control through mentorship.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment areas following 5S methodology.

1. Experience in quality control or packaging within the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries.

Previous experience in quality control or packaging in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical sectors is required.
