1. Define and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
2. Develop and execute action plans to enhance operational efficiency and propose structural adaptations for future needs.
3. Enhance the role of product quality in strategic relationships with key stakeholders and support the implementation of quality projects at the Global Distribution Center.
4. Lead and motivate the team of Product Experts, the Cross-Project Manager, and the Quality Control Planning and Organization Leader.
5. Adapt organizational structures to meet business needs and collaborate with HR to develop salary bonus plans and competency development strategies.
6. Manage activities based on KPIs and data analysis, providing regular feedback to Site Management and key stakeholders through structured reporting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fashion Technology, Logistics, or related fields.

1. Fluency in English and French with excellent relational and presentation skills.
2. Ability to manage complex relationships with stakeholders across different geographies and functions.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or distribution sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fashion Technology, Logistics, or related fields.
