Chanel Quality Control Laboratory Technician

1. Conduct quality control on semi-finished and finished products in accordance with internal control methods, ensuring priority handling for product release.
2. Perform organoleptic analyses, including assessments of appearance, color, scent, and cosmetic texture.
3. Execute physico-chemical analyses such as pH, density, viscosity, texture measurement, and colorimetry.
4. Carry out finished product analyses, including appearance checks, batch code verification, and customer usage tests.
5. Conduct microbiological and analytical testing.
6. Verify manufacturing and packaging batch records.
7. Address non-conformities and anomalies, employing 5M methodology to identify causes and implement corrective actions.
8. Prepare technical reports, summaries, and evaluations.
9. Collaborate closely with production, planning teams, R&D interfaces, and external partners.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or analytical sciences.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.

1. Proficiency in control equipment and methods.
2. Knowledge of cosmetic materials, products, and quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
3. Familiarity with ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics) is advantageous.
4. Competence in using software tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
5. Dynamic and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage production-related urgencies.
6. Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.

3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or analytical sciences.
