- Oversee local country quality standards and results for core and high-end watches and jewelry, including import, export, routing, and repair claims.
- Arbitrate quality issues within the country, liaising with regional or global offices as necessary.
- Provide boutique support and training on quality-related issues.
- Represent the country within the worldwide Chanel quality organization.
- Prepare quality reports and analyses, and communicate quality alerts and announcements to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the process and communication for core and high-end jewelry repairs, whether handled locally or globally, in-house or by external workshops.
- Support boutiques with after-sales service training and issues.
- Manage spare parts and control inventory measures.
- Oversee procedures, processes, and data related to POS, CASS, AX, WMS, or any new systems.
- Proven experience in quality control and after-sales services within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and repair processes for high-end products.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and software for quality and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and after-sales services within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
