Chanel Quality Assurance Specialist

- Coordinate between the Quality department, the Design Office, production management, and partners to ensure adherence to Chanel's specifications, timelines, and costs.
- Validate product quality and propose solutions in case of production issues.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate key elements of the quality policy, including risk mapping, indicators, and certification.
- Support partners in developing their quality autonomy.
- Inspect the quality of prototypes on-site, including fittings and measurements, and update technical files.
- Monitor production launches deemed high-risk.
- Identify quality issues, propose, and validate solutions with partners.
- Define acceptance limits in case of disputes, in collaboration with the Design Office and Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance following returns and formalize detailed visit reports and quality certification audits.
- Participate in risk analysis for each collection, propose associated control types, and track partner quality indicators and certification progress.
- Attend key meetings within the sector, such as prototype reviews, technical collection meetings, and model submission fittings.
- Represent the sector in Quality Ready-to-Wear and Global Quality committees, if necessary.
- Degree in textile/apparel specialization (IMS, ESIV, ENSAIT, BTS Textile Manufacturing, IUT Soft Materials).
- Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in quality control within the luxury textile or high-end ready-to-wear sector.
- Strong technical skills in garment construction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and agility in collaboration.
- Proficiency in quality assurance processes and standards.
- Ability to analyze and communicate quality policy elements effectively.
A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in quality control within the luxury textile or high-end ready-to-wear sector is required.
Degree in textile/apparel specialization (IMS, ESIV, ENSAIT, BTS Textile Manufacturing, IUT Soft Materials).
