1. Coordinate between the Quality department, the Design Office, production management, and partners to ensure adherence to Chanel's specifications, timelines, and costs.
2. Validate product quality and propose solutions in case of production issues.
3. Collect, analyze, and communicate key elements of the quality policy, including risk mapping, indicators, and certification.
4. Support partners in developing their quality autonomy.
5. Inspect the quality of prototypes on-site, including fittings and measurements, and update technical files.
6. Monitor production launches deemed high-risk.
7. Identify quality issues, propose, and validate solutions with partners.
8. Define acceptance limits in case of disputes, in collaboration with the Design Office and Operations Manager.
9. Ensure compliance following returns and formalize detailed visit reports and quality certification audits.
10. Participate in risk analysis for each collection, propose associated control types, and track partner quality indicators and certification progress.
11. Attend key meetings within the sector, such as prototype reviews, technical collection meetings, and model submission fittings.
12. Represent the sector in Quality Ready-to-Wear and Global Quality committees, if necessary.

1. Degree in textile/apparel specialization (IMS, ESIV, ENSAIT, BTS Textile Manufacturing, IUT Soft Materials).
2. Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in quality control within the luxury textile or high-end ready-to-wear sector.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and agility in collaboration.
3. Proficiency in quality assurance processes and standards.
4. Ability to analyze and communicate quality policy elements effectively.

A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in quality control within the luxury textile or high-end ready-to-wear sector is required.
