1. Monitor and manage the quality performance of suppliers through the implementation and dissemination of recurring quality indicators.
2. Participate in defining and validating quality criteria for new developments in metal finishes.
3. Update testing protocols and specifications related to metal components.
4. Support the team in constructing and monitoring improvement plans to ensure the quality and durability of components.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Basic understanding of materials and various finishes, both aesthetic and process-oriented.
3. Previous experience in quality management, including risk assessment and methodologies.

1. Proficiency in English, with Italian as a plus.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and anticipation.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.

A foundational experience in quality management, particularly in risk assessment and methodologies, is preferred.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
